By accessing and using Asiagoods, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful purposes.

Product Listings

You warrant that all products you list comply with applicable laws and regulations. Asiagoods reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Asiagoods is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Third-Party Services

Our admin interface includes an optional translation feature that transmits data to Google Translate via an unofficial endpoint. This service is provided as-is with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or compliance with any licensing agreement. Users who require assured translation services should use an official Google Cloud Translation API subscription. We assume no liability for data transmitted to third-party services through this feature.
